 A simple refreshing lemon juice with a different look.

Servings:2 Glasses
Ingredients:
  1. Lemon juice-1 tbsp
  2. Sugar-to taste
  3. Water-1 cup
  4. Ice cubes-about 10
  5. Pepsi-1 small bottle
Preparation:
  • In a blender add lemon juice, sugar and water; blend well.
  • Add in to two serving glasses (about half the level in each glass)
  • Add ice cubes in each glasses.
  • Above that add pepsi using a spoon slowly (pouring it speedily mixes with the lemon juice; if you want layers; pour it slowly and carefully)
  • Enjoy the drink by topping with mint leaves!
