Ingredients:
  1. Sausage-4 numbers (about 4 inch long)
  2. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  3. Kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
  4. Garam masla-1/2 tsp
  5. Cumin powder-a pinch
  6. Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  7. Corn flour-1 tbsp
  8. Gram flour-1 tbsp
  9. All purpose flour-1 tbsp
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Oil-for frying
Preparation:
  • Cut sausage in to small pieces and add ingredients from 2 to 10.
  • Mix well and coat evenly.( Add about two 2 tbsp of water also)
  • Fry them in hot oil over medium flame until crisp.
  • Drain in to paper towels; Serve hot and enjoy.
