Hot Milk Cake

Ingredients:
- Flour-1 cup
- Egg-2
- Granulated Sugar-3/4 cup
- Butter-2 tbsp
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Vanilla essence-1 tsp
- Baking powder-1 tsp
- Salt-1/4 tsp
- Pre-heat a pan on low flame by adding salt and a stand inside until the batter gets ready.
- In a mixing bowl; add two eggs and sugar.
- Mix well with a hand mixer until sugar gets completely diluted.
- Heat a pan with 1/2 cup of milk; add 2 tbsps of butter in to it and heat until butter gets completely melted.
- Add this hot milk in to the egg bowl and mix well.
- Add vanilla essence and baking powder.
- Add flour in three additions.
- Pour this batter in to a well greased pan and place it inside the pre-heated pan.
- Cook covered on low flame for about 50 to 60 minutes until done. (check with a skewer).
- Allow to cool completely and serve with chocolate drips on top.
