Easy Vegetable Sandwich
 Easy vegetable sandwich is a quick snack idea when you are craving to eat something super delicious and healthy too.!!

Easy Vegetable Sandwich
Ingredients:
  1. Thinly chopped carrots-1/2 cup
  2. Thinly chopped onion-1/2 cup
  3. Thinly chopped cucumber-1/2 cup
  4. Thinly chopped tomato-1/2 cup 
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. pepper powder-1 tsp
  7. Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
  8. Butter or ghee-to toast bread
  9. Bread Slices-10
Preparation:
  • In a mixing bowl add all the chopped veggies, salt , pepper powder and mayonnaise.
  • Mix well.
  • Brush the sandwich maker with melted butter or ghee.
  • Place a slice of bread on top.
  • Top it with prepared vegetable stuffing.
  • Cover it with another slice of bread.
  • Cook on low flame for 5 minutes on both sides or until bread become nice golden in color.
  • Serve soon for crispy delicious sandwiches!!!
  • Note:You can include chopped cabbages also in the veggie mix!
