Easy Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry

- Chicken- ½ kg
- Thinly chopped Onion-1 big
- Thinly chopped Tomato-1 big
- Crushed Ginger-1 tbsp
- Green chilly split-2 nos
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
- Salt- to taste
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Oil-1 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
- Thinly chopped shallots-1 tbsp
- Curry leaves-2 spring
Preparation:
- In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients from 1 to 11.
- Pressue cook it for 3 whistles and open the lid after releasing the pressure by itself.
- For seasoning; heat a tadka pan with oil.
- Add cumin seeds and shallots.
- Fry until shallots are nice golden in color.
- Add curry leaves and turn off heat; pour it over the curry.
- Mix well and serve hot.
