Easy Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry


An easy and quick chicken curry recipe using Indian spices!!! You can't make a chicken curry more easier than this..Just mix all the ingredients; pressure cook it and do a seasoning..You can make this curry whenever you are in a hurry..and it of-course tastes good.
Easy Pressure Cooker Chicken Curry
Ingredients:
  1. Chicken- ½ kg
  2. Thinly chopped Onion-1 big
  3. Thinly chopped Tomato-1 big
  4. Crushed Ginger-1 tbsp
  5. Green chilly split-2 nos
  6. Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  7. Chilly powder-1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder-1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder- 1 tsp
  10. Salt- to taste
  11. Water- 1/4 cup
Ingredients for Seasoning:
  1. Oil-1 1/2 tbsp
  2. Cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
  3. Thinly chopped shallots-1 tbsp
  4. Curry leaves-2 spring
Preparation:
  • In a pressure cooker add all the ingredients from 1 to 11.
  • Pressue cook it for 3 whistles and open the lid after releasing the pressure by itself.
  • For seasoning; heat a tadka pan with oil.
  • Add cumin seeds and shallots.
  • Fry until shallots are nice golden in color.
  • Add curry leaves and turn off heat; pour it over the curry.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
