Noodle Parotta


Parotta is a layered South Indian flat bread made with flour. Do check out how to prepare homemade parotta: Parotta. Noodle parotta is a delicious way to use leftover parotta's. Kothu Parotta is one another variety among them. Here is the recipe of making easy and delicious Noodle Parotta.
Ingredients:
  1. Parotta-2 no's
  2. Thinly sliced Veggies-1 cup (onion, cabbage, carrot, bell pepper,)
  3. Oil-1 tbsp
  4. Sugar- 1/4 tsp
  5. Thinly chopped ginger-1 tsp
  6. Thinly chopped garlic-1 tsp
  7. Thinly chopped green chilly-1 tsp
  8. Kashmiri chilli powder-1 tsp
  9. Soy sauce-1 tsp
  10. Tomato Sauce-2 tbsp
  11. Salt-little
Preparation:
  • Cut the parotta in to thin long strips like noodles.
  • Also cut the veggies in to thin length pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan; add sugar; when it turns brown in color add ginger garlic and green chilli; saute for two minutes.
  • Add kashmiri chilly powder, soy sauce and tomato sauce.
  • Add choped veggies and salt; mix and cook for another two minutes.
  • Add parotta stips; mix well; Switch off the flame after one minute.
  • Add in to serving plate and serve warm!!
