Sometimes we ignore the sweet cravings for being unhealthy. Oats comes under the category of healthy diet food; So whatever made with oats makes us comfort. Here is a delicious and super healthy Oats Ladoo recipe made with handful of ingredients. Try it out and enjoy the clean eating without a sugar crash😊.

Ingredients:
  1. Oats-1 1/2 cup
  2. Grated coconut- 1/2 cup
  3. Grated jaggery- 1/2 cup (or little more as per taste)
  4. Pistachio, almond and cashew- 1/2 cup
  5. Roasted peanut- 1/4 cup
  6. Cardamom powder-a pinch
  7. Raisins-to garnish

Preparation:
  • Dry roast the oats in low flame for about 10 minutes without changing its color or until crispy.
  • Add  ghee in the same pan and roast cashew, almond and pistachio.
  • In a blender add roasted oats and blend for few seconds.
  • Add i in to a large bowl.
  • Blend roasted nuts and peanuts to coarse powder (having tiny chunks to bite).
  • Next grind freshly grated coconut to coarse (without adding any water) form.
  • Mix all the ingredients along with grated  jaggery.
  • Mix well by crumbling and make small balls out it.
  • Garnish each balls with raisins or nuts.
  • Store in an airtight container for long use.
Note:
  • Keep them in normal temperature for two to three days.
  • or keep in fridge for about two weeks.
