Passion Fruit Cheesecake Shots


Here is a perfect creamy and smooth cheesecake shooters flavored with seasonal favorite passion-fruits. Try it and glam up your dinner party with these tiny cute glasses. 


Ingredients:
  1. Graham crackers-25 gm
  2. Unsalted butter melted-10 gm
  3. Cream cheese-50 gm
  4. Whip cream-50 ml
  5. Sugar-10 gm
  6. Vanilla extract-1/2 tsp
  7. Gelatin-1 tsp
  8. Water-1 tbsp
  9. Passion fruit-5
  10. Sugar-3 tbsp
Preparation:
  • For making the base combine graham crackers with melted butter.
  • Spoon them on the bottom of 3 shot glasses.
  • Refrigerate the glasses until the cheese cake part gets ready.
  • Beat the pulp of two passion fruit with an electric mixer or blender.
  • Strain the juice and discard the seeds.
  • Mix gelatin with 1 tbsp of water and heat on low flame until mixed well without any granules.
  • Switch off the flame and allow to cool completely.
  • Mix it with above stained passion fruit juice.
  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add sugar and beat again until combined well.
  • Add whipping cream and vanilla extract. Beat until mixed well.
  • Add the gelatin-passion fruit mix in to it and fold well to combine.
  • Add this mixture evenly on top of graham cracker layer. (fill until 3/4 th level of  glass)
  • Place it in fridge for 2 hours to set.
  • Mix the pulp of remaining three passion fruits with 3 tbsp of sugar and mix well.
  • Pour it on top of the cheese cake layer an serve chilled!!!
