Chicken Burritos

Chicken Burrito is a satisfying meal plan for weekend. Make your favorite filling inside along with delicious seasoning. Here is a simple and easy recipe for making chicken burritos.
Ingredients:
  1. Tortilla wraps ( OR All purpose flour Paratha) -4 
  2. Cooked chicken pieces-1 cup
  3. Thinly chopped white onion-1
  4. Thinly chopped cucumber-1
  5. Thinly chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
  6. Chopped lettuce- 1/4 cup
  7. Lemon juice-1 tsp
  8. Pepper powder-1 tsp
  9. Salt-little
  10. Mayonnaise-1/2 cup
  11. Shredded cheese- 1/4 cup
  12. Olive oil-to grease (1-2 tbsp)
Preparation:
  • In a large bowl mix the ingredients from 2-11.
  • Take a tortilla wrap; microwave on high heat for 10 seconds to soften.
  • Quickly Place 1/2 cup of filling on its centre and fold in sides towards the centre.
  • Prepare all the tortillas in this way; wrap them tightly and tuck in.
  • Serve soon and enjoy it with a cup of fresh  juice
  • If using flour parathas; Heat a grill pan with olive oil; place the paratha wraps and grill on both sides until golden.
