Butter Cake with Nutella Frosting
Here is a spongy soft simple butter cake with delicious nutella butter cream frosting cake. This cake is perfect for any party idea. The whipped nutella frosting is so creamy and smooth; not at all over powdering the taste of chocolate or butter; Hence worth trying!

- Eggs-4 large
- Flour (maida)- 200 gm
- Sugar powdered- 200 gm
- Baking powder-2 tsp
- Vanilla essence- 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt-a pinch
- Milk-60 ml
- Make sure that all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Pre-heat the oven ta 180 degree and line a baking pan with butter paper.
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
- In a large bowl beat eggs and sugar until creamed well.
- Add eggs one by one after mixing well (beat an egg about 40 seconds).
- Add vanilla essence.
- Add flour and milk; beat on low speed for a minute or until completely mixed up (don't over beat or use a spatula to fold instead of beating).
- Pour in to baking tray and bake for about 45 minutes or until top gets golden.
- Allow the cake to cools down before frosting.
- Butter softened-1 cup
- Powdered Sugar- 2 cup
- Nutella- 3/4 cup
- Cocoa powder-1 tbsp
- Heavy cream or milk-3 tbsp
- Salt-a pinch
- Beat softened butter on medium speed until creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and beat at high speed until thick frosting formed.
- Add nutella, heavy cream and salt; beat on medium speed.
- If the frosting is too thick; you can add more heavy cream; or if the frosting is too thin add more powdered sugar to get thick.
- Refrigerate the frosting for 15 minutes before applying on cake.
- Cut the cake in to two equal circles.
- Apply other frosting in between he slices and on top evenly.
- Garnish on top with white chocolate eggs, sliced almonds and chocolate syrup or you can decorate them with all sorts of goodies you have it with 😃
- Rest the cake in fridge for an hour cut them in to slices and Enjoy!!!!
