Banana- Chocolate Muffins

Any cake with bananas are certainly moist and delicious. These chocolate and banana chip muffins are of course a pretty afternoon snack.
Ingredients:
  1. Banana-1 large
  2. Egg-1 nos
  3. Oil-1 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence-1 tsp
  5. Thin Chocolate pieces (or chocolate chips)- 1/4 cup
  6. Flour-3/4 cup
  7. Milk- 1/4 cup
  8. Powdered sugar- 1/2 cup
  9. Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
  10. Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt-a pinch
Preparation:
  • Pre-heat the oven in to 180 degree and line the muffin tray with muffin cups.
  • In a large bowl mash the banana well without any lumps.
  • Add egg and powdered sugar; beat for a 30 seconds until mixed well.
  • Add all other ingredients except chocolate pieces.
  • Beat for a minute on low mode until completely mix up. (The batter looks like thick but flowing consistency; if it is runny add little flour to adjust or if it is too thick add little milk to adjust).
  • Add half of the chocolate and fold the batter.
  • Add a scoop of batter in to each muffin cups (or fill 3/4 th level) ; sprinkle the remaining chocolate pieces on top.
  • Bake it for about 20-25 minutes until puffed up and slight golden in color on top.
  • Allow to cool completely on a wire rack and finish within three days.
