Chicken Dynamite
Ingredients For Chicken Marination:
- Chicken boneless- 1/2 kg
- Soy sauce-1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Egg-2
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Salt-little
- All purpose flour-1/2 cup
- Corn flour- 1/4 cup
- Mixed herbs-1 tsp
- Oil-for deep frying
- Mayonnaise- 1/4 cup
- Chilli sauce- 3 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup-3 tbsp
- Pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
- Oregano- 1/2 tsp
- Salt-a pinch
- Red chilly powder-1 tsp (optional)
- Coriander leaves-to garnish
- Lettuce leaves-to garnish
- Cut the chicken in to small strips.
- Marinate it with soy sauce, ginger garlic paste and salt. Let it rest for 3 hours.
- Mix beaten eggs with pepper powder, crushed and little salt.
- In another wide bowl mix corn flour with all purpose flour and mixed herbs crushed.
- Dip the marinated chicken strip in egg batter and then coat it with flour mixture.
- Drop them in to the hot oil and fry on medium flame until nice golden and cooked.
- For preparing the dynamite sauce; In a bowl mix all the ingredients for coating sauce.
- Dip each fried chicken pieces in the sauce one by one and lace them in a serving bowl in bed with lettuce leaves.
- Garnish on top with coriander leaves.
- Serve soon and enjoy the great taste!!!
