Mango Yogurt Parfait

         Parfait refers to tall glasses filled with chilled custard like creams layered with some crunches and fruit pieces. Here is a lovely fruit parfait recipe using the seasonal favorite mangoes. It simply tastes yum and a great crowd pleaser.  You can try parfaits with fruits and yogurt for breakfasts or with fruits and cream as a dessert. Adding granola in to your parfaits makes them crunchy and more healthy. Instead of granola; you can add chopped nut and dry fruits or rolled oats itself. You can try Parfait with any of your favorite fruits, custard and creams. Try this irresistible parfait and had a great day ahead!

Servings: two tall glasses
  1. Mango chopped-2 cup (chilled)
  2. Thick yogurt-1 cup (chilled)
  3. Sugar powdered-1 tbsp
  4. Granola- 1/2 cup
  • In a blender add 1 cup of chopped mangoes and puree them until creamy.
  • Mix yogurt with powdered sugar.
  • Take two tall glasses and add pureed mango in each glass about 1/2 the level or 1/4 th.
  • Next top it with granola and chopped mango pieces alternatively.
  • Pour yogurt above this until reaches top.
  • Garnish on top with some more mango pieces and the choice of any pretty fruits or candy sticks.
  • Serve soon or chill for 30 minutes.
