Egg Fruit Milkshake


Egg fruit is an intense yellow skin color fruit.It tastes like boiled egg yolks mixed with sugar. It has a latex taste also; so many of them dislikes to eat it or can able to a small piece. But it has abundant nutri contents in it. We can prepare many desserts like cheese cake. pie and milkshake, etc. Here is the recipe of making delicious egg fruit milkshake. I added tang powder in it to avoid its latex taste; you can skip that or replace with boost or cinnamon powder.

Egg Fruit Milkshake

Ingredients:

  1. Egg fruit-1 
  2. Sugar-2 tbsp
  3. Vanilla ice cream-1 scoop
  4. Vanilla essence- 1/4 tsp
  5. Tang powder-2 tsp (any flavor)
  6. Milk powder-2 tbsp
  7. Ice cubes-1 cup
  8. Chilled water-1 cup
Preparation:
  • Peel the skin of egg fruit and de-seed it.
  • Add it in to the blender along with all other ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy (about 2-3 minutes).
  • Pour in to serving glasses.
  • Top with scoop of ice cream and chocolate syrup.
  • Serve soon and enjoy!!
