Garlic Spaghetti Pasta
Pasta is an Italian Dish and it is very tasty and simple to prepare. Now a days it's become the common comfort food for all. Garlic spaghetti pasta is a delicious and one of the easy to make main dish. The pasta combination with herbs, garlic and olive oil is simply flavorful and incredible.
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti- 100 gms
- Olive oil- 1 1/2 tbsp
- Chopped garlic-1 1/2 tbsp
- All purpose flour-1 tbsp
- Milk-1/4 cup
- Salt-to taste
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Fresh cream- 1/4 cup
- Oregano-1 tsp
- Chopped celery-1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Boil 2 cups of water with enough salt; when it boils add spaghetti in to it and cook for about 6-8 minutes until done.
- Drain it from the water and add in to the prepared sauce.
- While cooking pasta, prepare the garlic sauce.
- Heat a pan with olive oil; add chopped garlic and saute for a minute.
- Add flour and slow roast for a minute.
- Add milk and stir well until thickens the sauce.
- Switch off the flame and add thick cream, pepper powder, salt , oregano and copped celery to the sauce.
- Mix well to form a creamy sauce.
- Add the cooked spaghetti in to it and toss well.
- Serve hot and enjoy the great pasta!!!

I fixed this Spaghetti Aglio e Olio tonight from your recipe for my wife Sue. It was outstanding & I thank you. I am retired for some time & I needed something to do so I have taken up cooking & baking bread for a hobby. When your new at something & when what you cooked turns out perfect, i made it and eat with pasta sauce and it was awesome. One of the best pasta i have ever made.
