Scrambled Paneer Sandwich



Scrambled paneer sandwich is a quick veggie breakfast choice that satisfies us in all the means. Here is the delicious and simple preparation for busy mums. Make it fast;  serve it hot and enjoy with a  cup of tea J J J
Ingredients:
  1. Bread slices- 4 nos
  2. Crumbled paneer-1 cup
  3. Butter-1 tbsp
  4. Onion-1 medium
  5. Garlic crushed-1 tsp
  6. Tomato-1 small
  7. Pepper powder- ½  tsp
  8. Cumin powder- ¼ tsp
  9. Salt-to taste
  10. Tomato ketchup/ Mayonnaise- 1/4 cup
  11. chopped celery-to garnish (curry leaves)
Preparation:
  • Heat butter in a pan; sauté onion chopped for a minute.
  • Add crushed garlic and sauté for another a minute.
  • Add cumin powder, remaining pepper powder and little salt; mix well.
  • Add chopped tomato pieces and saute until mashed well.
  • Add crumbld paneer; and mix well.
  • Scrambled paneer is ready now; garnish on top with  chopped celery.
  • Add mayonnaise (or tomato ketchup) in to it and mix well.
  • Now the filling for sandwich is ready.
  • Apply the paneer filling in two bread slices equally as a thick layer and cover each slice with another slice of bread.
  • Heat a tawa with butter and toast the bread slices on both sides until crisp and golden.
  • Serve hot and enjoy…
