Semolina-Curd Bread Toast
Semolina (sooji / rava) Curd bread toast is a super quick, healthy and delicious recipe. It looks like bread pizza and kids also love to eat it. Use the choice of your veggies to make it colorful or use different colors of bell pepper to make it eye-catching.
Ingredients:
- Bread-3 slices
- Semolina(sooji / rava)-3 tbsp
- Thick curd (hung curd)-2 1/2 tbsp
- Salt-little to taste
- Thinly minced onion-1 tbsp
- Thinly minced tomato-1 tbsp
- Thinly minced carrot-1 tbsp
- Thinly minced green chilly-1 tsp
- Thinly minced coriander leaves/ curry leaves-1 tbsp
- Butter/ Ghee- to toast

Preparation:
- Mix semolina with curd, salt and all other chopped veggies.
- Take a slice of bread and apply a thick layer of above mix (1/3 part) evenly.
- Now heat a non-stick pan with butter; when it is hot make the flame to very low.
- Add the bread in to tawa by placing the semolina mix on downwards. Allow to cook on simmer mode for about 5-6 minutes (or until bottom gets nice golden and semolina gets cooked).
- Carefully Flip in to the other side and toast until nice golden in color.
- Cut them diagonally and serve hot and crisp!!!
