White Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mousse


A creamy and delightful mousse dessert for all the peanut butter lovers!!!😊😊😊


Ingredients:
  1. Creamy Peanut Butter- 1/2 cup
  2. White chocolate compound (or chips)- 1/2 cup
  3. Whip cream-1 cup
  4. Powdered Sugar-1 tbsp
  5. Vanilla essence- 1 tsp
Preparation:
  • Melt the white chocolate by double boiling method or by microwaving.
  • When it melts completely; mix it with peanut butter and beat them with an electric beater until creamy.
  • In another chilled bowl; beat whip cream with vanilla essence and powdered sugar until creamy and fluffy.
  • Now fold the cream in to peanut butter mix and refrigerate for 3 hours to set.
  • Add in to serving glasses and garnish on top with nuts, fruits and chocolate curls.
Note: You an use this mousse for frosting cakes.
