Veggie Burger

The burger bun filled with delicious vegetable shami kabab patty along with some other vegetable slices, cheese slice and sauces makes a perfect veggie burger.

Ingredients:
  1. Burger Bun
  2. Vegetable shami kabab
  3. Sliced onion
  4. Sliced tomato
  5. Sliced Cucumber
  6. Lettuce leaves
  7. Cheese slice
  8. Tomato ketchup
  9. Potato Garlic dip / Mayonnaise
  10. Butter-to toast
Preparation:
  • Take the bottom part of the burger bun. Apply tomato ketchup evenly on top.
  • Top it with lettuce leaves, garlic dip, cucumber, cheese slice, shami kabab, garlic dip, onion slice, tomato ketchup and burger bun top. (You insert  a tooth pick from the top of the burger to avoid falling down the ingredients)
  • Apply butter on top of the Bun and microwave it (instead do pan heat or grill) for a minute to warm.
  • Serve soon and enjoy!!!
Note: The quantity of ingredients are not listed above. It depends on the amount of burger patty and buns you have..
