Layered Jelly Pudding

A delight pudding with alternative layers of colored jellies and gelatin pudding mix.

Ingredients
  1. Jelly Powder-4 packets (of different flavor and color)
  2. Milk-500 ml
  3. Sweetened condensed milk-3/4 tin
  4. Gelatin-3 tbsp
  5. Hot water-3 cups
Preparation:
  • Mix the raspberry jelly packet with 1 cup of hot water; mix well until completely dissolves.
  • Pour it in to the greased (with oil) pudding tray and keep in freezer for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  • Mean while Mix gelatin with 1/4 cup of water and rest for 15 minutes.
  • After that double boil it (or slowly heat) until the gelatin completely melts in the water.
  • Switch of the flame and mix this melted gelatin with milk and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour 1/3 rd of this prepared milk pudding mix on top of the jelly layer slowly and keep back in freezer for 15-20 minutes until set.
  • After that mix another packet of jelly powder with a cup of hot water.
  • Pour it slowly above the white layer and freeze for another 15-20 minutes.
  • Repeat the process for the next two layers and lastly refrigerate it for one hour to set. 
  • Carefully invert in to a serving plate and cut them in to small squares and enjoy!!
  
NOTE: Here i used  raw mango, two packets of raspberry, and lemon flavored jelly packets. U can use four different colors instead...
