Green Peas Vada


Everyone loves a spicy crunchy bite along with a cup of tea.Green peas vada is such an easy and tempting crispy evening snack. 
Ingredients:
  1. Green pea (dried)- 1 cup
  2. Onion thinly chopped-1 small
  3. green chilly chopped -2 nos
  4. curry leaves chopped-1 spring
  5. Coriander leaves chopped-1 tbsp
  6. Salt-to taste (little)
  7. Oil-for frying
Preparation:
  • Wash and soak the green peas in water for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Drain it and add it in to a blender. Make a coarse paste (having tiny bites in it) out of it without adding any water.
  • Transfer it in to a bowl; mix with chopped onion, chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Mix well and make small patties out of it.
  • Deep fry it in the hot oil on medium flame until turns crispy and golden. (high flame makes the inner side uncooked.)
  • Add in to paper towels and serve hot with a cup of tea!!
