Carrot And Egg Dosa

 A delicious, healthy and protein rich dosa recipe; that can able to make easily within minutes and surely loved by all.
  1. Dosa batter-2 cup
  2. Carrot grated-1 cup
  3. Egg-3  large (or 4 nos)
  4. Salt-to taste
  5. Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  6. Chopped curry leaves-1 tbsp
  7. Thinly chopped onion-3 tbsp
  8. Ghee-1 tsp for each dosa
  • In a blender add grated carrots, eggs, salt and pepper powder.
  • Blend in to a thick puree. Mix it with chopped onions and curry leaves.
  • Now heat a dosa tawa and pour a ladle of dosa batter. Spread it in circular way as long as possible.
  • Add a small ladle of carrot puree on top evenly.
  • Add a teaspoon of ghee and allow to cook for few minutes in medium flame until the dosa gets nice golden and crisp.
  • Add in to serving plate and serve hot (no need to flip the dosa; in to the other side).
