Tempura Prawns
The prawns are coated with a thick tempura batter and deep frying results a yummy prawns bite. You can use this batter for any frying veggies and meats also.

- Plain flour (maida)- 3 tbsp
- Corn Flour- 4 tbsp
- Egg-1
- Salt-little
- Vinegar-1 tsp
- Soy Sauce-1 tsp
- Salt- a pinch
- Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp (optional)
- Chilly powder- 1 tsp (optional)
- Oil-for deep frying
- Marinate cleaned prawns with vinegar, soy sauce and salt for 30 minutes in fridge.
- After that make the tempura batter by mixing flour, corn flour, salt and egg. (If the quantity is more add little cold water to make a thick batter).
- Add turmeric powder and chilly powder to the batter and mix well (this is totally optional; as the tempura prawns are creamy in color).
- Now dip the prawns in thick batter to coat evenly and directly add it in to the hot oil to fry.
- Fry in low-medium flame (other wise the prawns didn't cooked well) until crispy and nice golden in color.
- Serve hot with any dip.
