Triple chocolate Loaf Cake

A simple, extra moist chocolaty cake  for all the chocolate lovers. The cake tastes its best after one day of making. No more frosting is needed for the decadent chocolate cake !!!
  1. Flour-1 1 /4 cup
  2. Butter-110gms
  3. Brown Sugar-3/4 cup
  4. Egg-2 nos
  5. Vanilla essence-1 1/2 tsp
  6. Cocoa powder- 1/4 cup
  7. Hershey Chocolate syrup-1 tbsp
  8. Dark Chocolate chips- 1/2 cup
  9. Baking soda-1/2 tsp
  10. Salt-a pinch
  11. Strong coffee- 1/2 cup
  12. Walnuts-to garnish
  • Pre-heat the oven in to 180 degrees (350 F)and grease a loaf pan with butter and flour.
  • In a bowl mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Beat butter and brown sugar in another bowl until creamy with an electric mixer.
  • Add egg one and after 30 seconds of mixing add another egg.
  • Then add vanilla extract and chocolate syrup.
  • Now fold the flour mixture and coffee alternatively in to it with a hand mixture.
  • Lastly fold it with chocolate chips and pour it in to the greased loaf pan.
  • Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top (by dusting with little flour).
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes until a tooth pick is inserted in the centre and check whether it comes out clean.
