Double Layer Chocolate Mousse
A creamy, fluffy and chocolaty layers of delectable Mousse Recipe!!!

- Dark chocolate-200 gm
- Heavy cream-1 cup
- Orange juice- 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar-3 tbsp
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder-2 tbsp+ 1 tbsp milk
- Coarsely chop the chocolates in a large bowl.
- Boil water and sugar in a saucepan, stir well and when the sugar completely melts pour it over the chocolate.
- Wait for 30-35 seconds. Then mix the chocolate melted batter until smooth without any lumps (if the chocolate not melted completely, double boil it for few minutes.)
- Allow to cools them completely and then add the orange juice.
- Divide the mixture in to two.
- Mix one of them with cocoa powder+milk.
- In a bowl, beat heavy cream using an electric beater until fluffy peak comes.
- Now fold half the quantity cream with each chocolate bowls.
- In a serving bowl add dark chocolate mousse and then the next chocolate layer and finally top it with little fresh cream
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to set and serve chilled!!!
