Double Layer Chocolate Mousse

 A creamy, fluffy and chocolaty layers of delectable Mousse Recipe!!!
Ingredients:
  1. Dark chocolate-200 gm
  2. Heavy cream-1 cup
  3. Orange juice- 1/2 tbsp
  4. Sugar-3 tbsp
  5. Water- 1/4 cup
  6. Cocoa powder-2 tbsp+ 1 tbsp milk
Preparation:
  • Coarsely chop the chocolates in a large bowl.
  • Boil water and sugar in a saucepan, stir well and when the sugar completely melts pour it over the chocolate.
  • Wait for 30-35 seconds. Then mix the chocolate melted batter until smooth without any lumps (if the chocolate not melted completely, double boil it for few minutes.)
  • Allow to cools them completely and then add the orange juice.
  • Divide the mixture in to two.
  • Mix one of them with cocoa powder+milk.
  • In a bowl, beat heavy cream using an electric beater until fluffy peak comes.
  • Now fold half the quantity cream with each chocolate bowls.
  • In a serving bowl add dark chocolate mousse and then the next chocolate layer and finally top it with little fresh cream
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours to set and serve chilled!!!
