Shahi Fruits Salad

 Shahi fruits salad is a delicious fruits mix using rich milk and condensed milk. Its very easy to make, looks elegant and tastes wonderful.

Ingredients:
  1. Milk-500 ml
  2. Condensed milk-1 tin
  3. Cornflour-1 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence-1/4 tsp (or cardamom powder)
  5. Fruits chopped-2 cup (mango, banana, apple, pomegranate, pineapple etc.)
  6. Nuts chopped- 1/4 cup (optional- almond, pistachio)
  7. Cherry-to garnish
Preparation:
  • Boil milk in a sauce pan, when it boils add vanilla essence,condensed milk and corn flour(add corn flour by diluting with little cold milk in a paste form).
  • Stir cook for two to three minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Allow to cools completely and after that refrigerate for an hour to chill.
  • Meanwhile chop the fruits and nuts.
  • Add these chopped fruits in to the chilled milk custard.
  • Add in to serving bowls and garnish on top with fruit pieces.
  • Serve soon and enjoy the fresh refreshing salad!!!!
