Multi-grain Roti

Multi-grain roti is a healthy and nutritious Indian breakfast dish. It is a great way to include all the essential nutrients that we need in our daily diet.
  1. wheat flour- 1/2 cup
  2. rice flour- 1/2 cup
  3. millet/ragi flour- 1/2 cup
  4. salt-to taste
  5. boiling water
  6. oil-to grease
  • mix all the flours and salt in a large bowl.
  • add boiling water little by little and need in to a smooth dough.
  • make large equal bowls out of it.
  • roll it by dusting little flour on a rolling pin.
  • Roll in  thick circled parathas.
  • Heat a tawa and add cook paratha in medium flame until cooked well by applying little oil on each sides.
  • Serve hot with thick salted milk or with the choice of your curry.
