Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies

Choco-chip cookies are of course most of everyone’s favorite biscuit. These classic cookies are quick easy to make at home and absolutely turns out a delicious chunky cookies.  
  1. Flour-2 cups
  2. Powdered sugar- ½ cup
  3. Butter- ¾ cup
  4. Milk-2 tbsp
  5. Baking powder- ¼ tsp
  6. Vanilla essence- ¼ tsp
  7. Chocolate chips- ¾ cup
  • In a bowl add butter and powdered sugar; mix it well (with a wooden spoon) until creamy.
  • Add vanilla essence, baking powder and flour in to it.
  • Add milk and just mix them well until fully incorporated and become the consistency to make a dough.
  • Add half of the choco chips; give a good mix  and make a smooth dough out of it. (add little more water if can't able to make a dough)
  • Take small ball portions in your hand and make a cookie out of it by flatten it (small flatten cookie; it will double the shape after baking). (also you can roll the dough in a working surface by sprinkling flour; and cut in to cookie shape by using a cookie cutter).
  • Add remaining choco chips in the top of each cookies just by pressing  them to inside without crackles the cookie.
  • Place it on a greased baking tray (by dusting with little flour) or in a parchment paper by keeping some distance in between them.
  • Bake it in the pre-heated oven (180 degree) for 15 minutes.
  • After cools down completely; store it in a air-tight container for long use.
Note:If you want soft cookies; (crispy edges; chewy middle) do not knead the dough too much; just mix everything; quickly knead and make cookies out of it; if you need a crispy strong cookies; knead the dough well and make cookies out of it.
