Mango Mousse

Here is delicious mango mousse dessert with few ingredients and it can be prepared within few minutes. Enjoy this wonderful mango dessert treat with your family.
  1. Mango pulp-1 cup
  2. Fresh cream- ½ cup
  3. Powdered sugar- ¼ cup
  4. Gelatin- ½ tbsp
  5. Mango pieces- to decorate
  • Mix gelatin with 3 tbsp of water and mix well; rest for 10 minutes.
  • After that double boil it until clear water formed. Allow to cool.
  • Beat fresh cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks forms.
  • When the gelatin gets cooled; add it in to the mango pulp and mix well.
  • Fold the mango pulp with the cream mix.
  • Pour in to serving cups by adding little mango pieces in between.
  • Chill for few minutes before serving.
  • Garnish on top with few mango pieces and strawberry.
