Chicken Noodles

Noodles are a popular Indo-Chinese food. Mixed chicken noodles are most of all the kids favorite. Add all the choice of your vegetables in to it and add scrambled eggs also if you wish to. Here is the absolutely tasty simple recipe preparation.
  1. Chinese Noodles- 200 gms
  2. Chicken boneless – 100 gm
  3. Curd-1 tbsp
  4. Chilly powder-1 tsp
  5. Pepper powder- ½ tsp
  6. Garam  masala powder- ½ tsp
  7. Salt-to taste
  8. Corn flour-1 tbsp
  9. All purpose flour-1 tsp
  10. Oil-2 tbsp
  11. Carrot chopped- ¼ cup
  12. Beans chopped- ¼ cup
  13. Capsicum chopped- ¼ cup (different colors)
  14. Onion chopped- ¼ cup
  15. Spring onion chopped- ¼ cup
  16. Soya sauce-2 tbsp
  17. Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp
  18. Garlic minced-1 tbsp
  19. Salt-a pinch
  20. Pepper powder- ½ tsp
  • Cook noodles as per instruction on the packet (in boiling water by adding salt) until just cooked.
  • Strain it and keep under cold running water for few seconds.
  • Add a teaspoon of oil in to it and toss it. Keep aside.
  • Marinate thinly cut chicken strips with 3-9 ingredients.
  • Keep in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
  • Add 2 tbsp of oil in a  pan; add the marinated chicken pieces into it. cook for few minutes until slightly golden in color and cooked (don't over fry).
  • Take out from the pan and keep aside.
  • In the same pan add minced garlic and saute until golden in color.
  • Add onions, carrots, cabbage and beans (chop all the vegetables in to thin long strips).
  • Saute for two minutes until soft.
  • Add capsicum, and saute for a minute.
  • Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup and salt.
  • Mix well; add chicken pieces, noodles and spring onions in to it.
  • Gently mix for two minutes and switch off the flame.
  • Serve hot and enjoy the great taste....
Note:If you want to add egg; scramble it separately with little salt and pepper and add at the time of adding chicken to the noodles.
