Creamy Vegetable Pasta
A big bowl of pasta with rich creamy sauce and the addition of mixed vegetables is a perfect and easy choice for dinner. Here is a quick and delicious recipe for creamy vegetable pasta.

- Pasta / macaroni-1 cup
- Olive oil-1 tbsp
- Sugar- 1/4 tsp
- Garlic minced-1 tbsp
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Salt-to taste
- Milk- 1/2 cup
- Corn flour- 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves/ parsley -to garnish
- Vegetables chopped-1 cup ( onion, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, sweet corn, broccoli, bell pepper)
- Boil a litter of water in vessel with enough salt.
- Add pasta in to the boiling water and cook about 8 minutes or until done.
- Drain the pasta and keep aside.
- In another pan add olive oil.
- Add sugar in to it and when it gets browned in color add minced garlic and saute until nice golden in color.
- Add all the vegetables; salt and pepper powder.
- Saute for about 5- 7 minutes until they are nice cooked.
- Add 1/2 cup of milk by diluting with cornflour.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until pasta gets creamy texture.
- Switch off the flame and garnish it with parsley leaves.
