Creamy Vegetable Pasta

A big bowl of pasta with rich creamy sauce and the addition of mixed vegetables is a perfect and easy choice for dinner. Here is a quick and delicious recipe for creamy vegetable pasta.
Ingredients:
  1. Pasta / macaroni-1 cup
  2. Olive oil-1 tbsp
  3. Sugar- 1/4 tsp
  4. Garlic minced-1 tbsp
  5. Pepper powder-1 tsp
  6. Salt-to taste
  7. Milk- 1/2 cup
  8. Corn flour- 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander leaves/ parsley -to garnish
  10. Vegetables chopped-1 cup ( onion, carrot, green peas, cauliflower, sweet corn, broccoli, bell pepper)
Preparation:
  • Boil a litter of water in vessel with enough salt.
  • Add pasta in to the boiling water and cook about 8 minutes or until done.
  • Drain the pasta and keep aside.
  • In another pan add olive oil.
  • Add sugar in to it and when it gets browned in color add minced garlic and saute until nice golden in color.
  • Add all the vegetables; salt and pepper powder.
  • Saute for about 5- 7 minutes until they are nice cooked.
  • Add 1/2 cup of milk by diluting with cornflour.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes until pasta gets creamy texture.
  • Switch off the flame and garnish it with parsley leaves.
