Cheesy Bread Cups

Cheesy bread cups is a delicious tea time snack. Its a great snack box idea for kids also.

Ingredients:
  1. Bread-6 slices
  2. Onion thinly chopped- 1/4 cup
  3. Carrot thinly chopped- 1/4 cup
  4. Sweet corn- 1/4 cup
  5. Capsium chopped- 1/4 cup
  6. Parsley chopped-1 tbsp
  7. Olive chopped- 1/4 cup
  8. Tomato ketchup- 4 tbsp
  9. Salt- a pinh
  10. Mozzarella cheese grated- 3/4 cup
  11. Butter- 1 tbsp
Preparation:
  • Heat a tablespoon of butter in a pan.
  • Add onions, carrot and sweet corn; saute for 5 minutes and switch ff the flame.
  • Mix it with all other ingredients except tomato ketchup, mozzarella and bread slices.
  • Cut each bread slices in to a maximum round shape by using the edges of a sharp tin cap.
  • Now roll this round cut bread slices in to thin by using a rolling pin; then only it will sit in the muffin tray properly without breaking.
  • grease he muffin tray with butter and press each circles in the muffin tray to sit as a cup
  • Add a tablespoon of tomao ketchup n each cup.
  • Above that fill the mixed vegetables until the 3/4 th level of the cup.
  • Lastly top it with grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Place it on a pre-heated oven (180 c) for about 15-20 minutes or until the cheese on top gets melted and lightly golden in color.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy pizza cups.
