Whole Wheat Pancakes

The fluffy whole wheat pan cakes along with some fresh fruits are perfect for a breakfast idea and a better way to start a lazy weekend morning. The batter for this super easy pan cakes can make within a minute.You can use butter milk instead of milk used here. 
Ingredients:
  1. Wheat flour-2 cups
  2. Sugar-2 tbsp
  3. Egg- 1 large
  4. Baking powder- 2 tsp
  5. Baking soda-a pinch
  6. Salt- ½ tsp
  7. Milk-2 cups
  8. Butter melted-3 tbsp
Preparation:
  • In a large bowl; add all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar)
  • Mix egg with milk and butter melted. (the batter must be thick; but little pouring consistency)
  • Add it slowly into the flour.
  • Mix gently without any lumps. (Don’t over mix; do folding)
  • Heat a non-stick pan; when it is hot make the flame to low.
  • Add a ladle of batter in to it (don’t spread it; allow circling itself)
  • Flip in to other sides when the bubbles start coming.
  • Cook for a minute and add in to the serving plate.
  • Serve hot with honey, fresh fruits and butter.
