Walnut Burfi

 Walnut cookie bars are healthy and crunchy with the goodness of rich butter. These energy bars are incredibly easy to make  and absolutely delicious. Try this simple burfi  in your home with only four ingredients and pack it along with your kids snack box.

  1. Walnut chopped- 2 cups
  2. Pistachio chopped- ¼ cup
  3. Peanut butter – ½ cup
  4. Melted butter-2 tbsp
  • Mix everything in a large bowl.
  • Add it in to a greased aluminum baking sheet (with butter).
  • Press well and roll it in to one and half inch thick bars.
  • Freeze for 4 hours and cut in to pieces with a sharp knife.
  • Note: If you need more sweetness; add brown sugar or  normal powdered sugar in to it.
