Pomegranate Apple Smoothie

 Smoothies are always healthy, easy to make and delicious too. Pomegranate and apple smoothie is an easy and healthy juice to give you a quick boost of energy.
Ingredients:
  1. Apple-2 nos
  2. Pomegranate-2 nos
  3. Milk-1cup
  4. Ice cubes-8 nos
  5. Sugar-2tbsp
Preparation:
  • Peel the skin of apples and chop in to small pieces.
  • Put it in a blender along with 1tbsp of sugar, ½ cup of milk and 4 ice cubes.
  • Blend in to a smooth smoothie.
  • Pour it in to two large dry and clean glasses.
  • Next in blender add pomegranate seeds, the remaining 1 tbsp of sugar, ½ cup mill and 4 ice cubes.
  • Blend well to smooth.
  • Pour it slowly over the apple smoothie.
  • Using a knife or fork mix the juice by making rounds from the bottom to top.
  • Serve soon and enjoy the great taste!!!
