Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken noodle soup is a light and nourishing soup to warm up the winter. Here is the simple healthy recipe which is perfect for a cold night or even when you are feeling sick.
Ingredients:
  1. Chicken-3 medium pieces
  2. Noodles-1 pack
  3. Pepper powder-1tsp
  4. Garam masala powder- ¼ tsp
  5. Salt-to taste
  6. Garlic-1 small pod
  7. Corn flour-1 tsp
  8. Soyasauce-1tsp
  9. Carrot chopped -1tbsp
  10. Capsicum chopped-1tbsp
Preparation:
  • Pressure cooks chicken pieces with 1cup of water, pepper powder, garam masala powder and little salt for 3-4 whistles.
  • Open the lid after it completely releases the pressure by itself.
  • Remove the chicken pieces from the stock and remove its bone.
  • Mince the chicken and add it back in to the stock.
  • Heat a cup of water in another pan by adding chopped garlic, carrots and capsicum.
  • Cook for about 10-15 minutes and add the cooked chicken along with its stock in to it.
  • When it boils add noodles and its sauce powder (masala).
  • Add soya sauce diluting with corn flour.
  • Cook for 2 minutes until it starts thickens and noodles get cooked.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
