Black Chick Pea Salad

Salad recipes are always healthy satisfying meals or a perfect accompaniment to main dishes. It is easy to prepare according to our own taste and choice. Dress it with your favorite seasoning and then it will be more joyous. Black chick pea salad is such a nice crunchy salad that simply stays the best.
  1. Black boiled chick peas- ½ cup
  2. Onion thinly chopped-1
  3. Tomato thinly chopped-1
  4. Cucumber cut in to small pieces-1
  5. Carrot cut in to small pieces-1 small
  6. Capsicum/bell pepper chopped thinly- 1 (or few multi-colors)
  7. Coriander / Parsley leaves chopped- 2 tbsp
  8. Lemon juice – 1tbsp
  9. Pepper powder-1 tsp
  10. Olive oil-1 tbsp
  11. Salt- two pinch
  • Mix all the vegetables together in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice, olive oil, pepper powder and salt on top.
  • Toss well , serve fresh and stay healthy !!
