Tender Coconut Souffle

 A delicious creamy souffle made with tender coconut water and its flesh.

  1. Tender coconut water-of 1 coconut 
  2. Milk- ½ cup
  3. Whipping cream- ½ cup
  4. Sweetened condensed milk- ¾ tin (or 1 tin)
  5. Gelatin- 1 ½ tbsp
  6. Vanilla extract- ½ tsp
  • Mix gelatin, with 1/4 cup of tender coconut water and soak for 10 minutes.
  • Double boil it until it completely dissolves in the water.
  • Beat tender coconut pulp with remaining coconut water and milk until completely pureed.
  • Mix it with vanilla extract and condensed milk.
  • Add melted gelatin in to it and mix well.
  • Whip the cream in another bowl until fluffy peaks comes.
  • Now fold it in the pudding mixture and pour in to the pudding molds.
  • Refrigerate for 5 hours or until set.
  • Serve cool and enjoy!!
