Apple Souffle

Apple soufflé is an easy dessert that can make with few ingredients. It tastes so great and suit for special occasions such as dinner parties.  
Ingredients:
  1. Apple – 3nos
  2. Sugar syrup- ¼ cup
  3. Fresh cream- ¼ cup
  4. Evaporated milk- ¼ cup
  5. Gelatin-1 tsp
  6. Pink food color- a pinch
  7. Vanilla extract- 3 drops
Preparation:
  • Cut the apples in to small chunks.
  • Add the sugar syrup in to two bowls.
  • Mix one of it with pink food color.
  • Divide the apples in to two parts and add it in to the two bowls.
  • Let it rest for 20 minutes in fridge.
  • Melt the gelatin in two table spoon of water by double boiling.
  • Take out the pink apple pieces and drain the excess syrup.
  • Mix it with other apple bowl.
  • Mix it with fresh cream, evaporated milk, vanilla extract and melted gelatin.
  • Keep in fridge for 4 hours to set.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!!!
