Panna Cotta With Chocolate Sauce

Panna cotta is a rich and creamy Italian dessert often served with a yummy thick sauce. Panna Cotta with Strawberry Sauce is already listed in my Recipe Book. Here is another panna cotta recipe with chocolate sauce.
  1. Fresh cream-250g
  2. Yoghurt-125g
  3. Sugar powdered-3tbsp
  4. vanilla extract- 1/4 tsp
  5. Galatin- 1tbsp
For Chocolate Sauce:
  1. Dark chocolate-30g
  2. Honey-2tsp
  3. Fresh orange juice-4tsp
  • Soak gelatin in  3tbsp of cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Double boil it until completely melts.
  • Beat fresh cream well with spoon or hand mixer and just warm it by putting on the stove top for a minute (dn’t heat too much).
  • Mix it with powdered sugar, vanilla extract, beaten curd and melted gelatin.
  • Put in fridge for atleast 5 hours to set.
  • For the sauce, melt dark chocolate in a microwave for 30 seconds (or do double boiling) and mix it with honey and orange juice.
  • Pour it over the panna cotta just before serving.
