Multi Grain Dosa

 Multi grain dosa is a nutritious and delicious breakfast recipe; that fully satisfies your taste buds. It is one of the best choices to feed your children’s with a protein rich food.
  1. White Raw Rice (pachari)- 1cup
  2. Urad dal (uzhunnu parippu)- ½ cup
  3. Masoor dal- ½ cup
  4. Toor dal (tuvara parippu)- ½ cup
  5. Green gram dal (cherupayar parippu)- ¼  cup
  6. Curry leaves-2 spring
  7. Asafoetida / hing - a pinch
  8. Salt- to taste
  9. Ghee / oil- to sprinkle
  • Wash and soak rice, urad dal, toor dal, masoor dal and green gram dal in water for 4 hours.
  • Grind in to a fine batter by adding curry leaves , hing and just enough water.
  • Add salt in to it and mix well.
  • Start making dosas with the batter by pouring in to the hot tawa.
  • Sprinkle ghee or oil;  Cooks until golden in color. No need to flip the other side.
  • Serve hot with chutney !!!
