Spicy Pasta Cake
Ingredients:
- Cooked Pasta-2cup (with enough water and salt and drained)
- Eggs-3nos
- Cooked minced chicken-1cup (cooked with little salt, turmeric powder and pepper powder)
- Oil-2tbsp
- Cumin seeds- ¼ tsp
- Onion-1 medium
- Ginger garlic crushed-1tbsp
- Green chilly minced-1tsp
- Carrots chopped-2tbsp
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Chili powder- 1tsp
- Pepper powder-1tsp
- Garam masala- ¼ tsp
- Baking soda-a pinch
- Flour / maida-1tbsp
- Salt- to taste
- Coriander leaves-few
- In a heated pan, add oil and splutter cumin seeds.
- Add onion and sauté until transparent.
- Add ginger garlic crushed and green chilly; sauté for a minute.
- Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, pepper powder and mix well.
- Add carrots in to it and mix well.
- Check salt and sprinkle coriander leaves on top.
- Switch off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
- In another bowl, beat egg until fluffy (5minutes) with an electric beater.
- Add little salt and pepper powder.
- Add the cooked pasta and chicken masala in to it and fold well with a spoon.
- Sieve flour and baking soda on top of it and fold well to mix completely.
- Add it in to the greased (with oil or butter)baking tray and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 25-30 minutes(or add it in to a non-stick pan (at low flame) and cook until bottom gets brown in color, then turn in to the other side and cook for few minutes also) .
- Insert a tooth pick and check whether it comes out clean.
- Remold after cools down and serve hot by microwaving 1 minute.
