Kerala Crab Fry

Crab is one of the best seafood varieties that most of them loves to eat. The crab fry was super delicious with lots of masala in it. I got lovely blue colored crab and its very beautiful; hence i took a photograp, before going to work with it.

Ingredients:
  1. Crab-5 big
  2. Oil-4tbsp
  3. Onion-1
  4. Green chilly-1
  5. Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
  6. Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
  7. Red chilly powder-1tsp
  8. Garam masala- ½ tsp
  9. Coriander powder-1tsp
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Grated coconut- ¼ cup
  12. Curry leaves-2 string
  13. Vinegar-1tsp
Preparation:
  • Put the onion in a blender and make it in to a fine pureee.
  • Marinate the cleaned crab  with all other ingredients except oil and curry leaves.
  • Add oil in a heated pan and add marinated crabs in to it.
  • Shallow fry it in a low medium flame until both sides are dark in color and cooked well.
  • Add curry leaves at the final stage of cooking.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!!
