Egg Dosa For Kids

 Egg dosa is an easy and healthy breakfast choice for kids. Serve it with honey, date syrup, or fruit jam. Kids normally show lazy to take the egg and milk itself but it’s a good way to include eggs ans milk in their daily diet.

Ingredients:
  1. Rice flor-2tbsp
  2. Egg-1
  3. Salt-to taste
  4. Milk-to make the batter (or water)
  5. Cumin seeds-a pinch (optional)
  6. Ghee/ butter-3tsp
Preparation:
  • Mix flour, salt, cumin seeds and egg.
  • Add milk little by little until the batter reaches a loose dosa batter consistency.
  • Heat a teaspoon of ghee in a pan and pour dosa batter from outer side to inner side to make a circle (tawa must be very hot at this time);
  • Cover cook it on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  • Flip in to the other side and cook for few seconds also.
  • serve hot by sprinkling honey on top.
  • Note:This quantity serves 3 to 4 number of dosa. Mix well the batter before making each dosa.
