Chocolate Coconut Burfi

Choco-Coconut burfi is a delicious sweet that just melt in your mouth. It can easily cooks in the comfort of your home. these burfi stay good for 4 to 5 days in refrigerator.

  1. Khoya / mawa / milk solids -250 gm
  2. Cooking Chocolate-250 gm
  3. Desiccated coconut-1cup
  4. Ghee
  • Grease a pan with ghee and set aside.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and add milk solids in to it.
  • Sauté until it becomes smooth.
  • Add chocolate in to it; slow cook it by mixing well until the chocolates get melted.
  • Switch off the flame and add desiccated coconut powder in to it.
  • Mix well and add it in to the greased pan and align it.
  • Leave it for 4 hours to set.
  • Once its set; cut in to pieces and serve.
  • Store it in refrigerator and serve when reaches to the room temperature.
