Avocado Cornetto Pudding

Avocado is loaded with heart-healthy mono-saturated fatty acids. It is very good for both children s and adults. we all love it to eat by making a shake. Here is heavenly tasted dessert made with avocado  and cornetto ice cream.

  1. Avocado-1 big (or 2 small)
  2. Cornetto ice cream – 1 big
  3. China grass-1/2 pack (2.5gm)
  4. Corn flakes and nuts- to decorate
  • Soak china grass pieces in water for 15 minutes.
  • Boil 1/4  cup of water and add drained china grass in to it.
  • Stir well until it completely dilute and switch off the flame.
  • Peel off the avocado and remove the seed in it.
  • Add it in to a blender along with the cornetto ice cream (by crushing the corn with hand).
  • Blend it in to a thick paste; add it in to the melted china grass and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set (it will be in a loose consistency; not as much thick).
  • Serve it with a spoon by adding crushed corn flakes and nuts on top of it.
  • Note: Add sugar if you want more sweetness at the time of blending.U can use gelatin instead of china grass (use only little amount; other wise the texture of pudding will get hard (3/4 tsp)).
