Thattil kutti Dosa
Dosas are Indian pancakes. Thattil kutti dosa is healthy and delicious breakfast menu served along with a side dip.

  1. Raw rice / ponni rice-2cups
  2. Urad dal-1cup
  3. Chana dal- ¼ cup
  4. Fenugreek seeds-1tsp
  5. Salt-to taste
  • Wash and soak rice, urad dal, chana dal and fenugreeks in water separately for over night.
  • Drain them and grind them in to a smooth batter by adding enough water.
  • Let it ferment for 6-7 hours.
  • Add little oil or ghee in a dosa tawa.
  • Add enough salt in the batter and start making small circled dosa.
  • Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
