Ragi Dosa

Ragi dosa is a quick and healthy breakfast choice. Ragi (finger millet) is a nutritious  grain and very good for kids and diabetic patients.

  1. ragi flour-1cup
  2. rice flour-1/4cup
  3. thick curd-1/4cup(optional)
  4. coconut grated-1/4cup
  5. cumin seeds-1tsp
  6. salt-to taste
  • Mix all these ingredients with enough more water.
  • The consistency of batter should be thin like milk.
  • Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  • Heat tawa to high and spread little oil .
  • Start making dosa from centre to the sides of the pan.
  • When the bottom gets cook, flip in to other side.
  • Cook for a minute and add in to the serving plate.
  • Stir the batter well before making each dosa.
