Choco Layered Vanilla Cake

 Chocó layered vanilla cake is one of the easiest cake preparations. . All the children’s will surely love this preparation. We can use whip cream, butter cream, chocolate spread, jam etc. to fill the layer according to your taste.

  1. Egg-4
  2. Flour / maida-4 tbsp
  3. Powdered sugar-4 tbsp
  4. Baking powder- ½ tsp
  5. Vanilla essence- ½ tsp
  6. Butter/oil-2 tbsp
  7. Nutella- ½  cup
  • Beat egg and powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy.
  • Add vanilla essence in to it.
  • Fold maida and baking powder in to (or beat in a slow mode).
  • Heat butter in a non stick flat pan.
  • Pour half of the mixture in to it.
  • And pour remaining half in another butter greased pan.
  • Both pan, cook covered in a low flame for 5 minutes.
  • Carefully take this in to a soft cloth and cover it for 5 minute.
  • Spread the nutella carefully over the cake (do not crack the cake.).
  • Now put, another cake layer on top of it like sandwich.
  • Cut in to pieces and enjoy with a cup of coffee!!!!
  • Note: you can bake it in a large baking tray for 180 degree in 20 minutes. After cools down, cut it in to two parts and make the layering with nutella spread.
