Chicken Dry Fry



 Chicken dry fry is a tasty appetizer or a great side dish.  Everyone loves its texture and taste. Here is the quick and easy recipe.


Ingredients for marinating:

  1. Chicken cut in to small pieces-250gm
  2. Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
  3. Chilly powder-2tsp
  4. Garam masala-a pinch
  5. Corn flour-3tsp
  6. Lemon juice-1tsp
  7. Red food color-a pinch (optional)
  8. Salt-to taste
Other ingredients:
  1. Curry leaves-2string
  2. Onion thinly sliced-1 small
  3. Oil-for deep frying
Preparation:
  • marinate the chicken pieces with ingredients under marination.
  • Set aside for 20 minutes in fridge.
  • Deep fry it in hot oil.
  • When it is half done; add the curry leaves and chopped onion in to it.
  • Fry until crispy and serve hot.
